Urgently required QAQC supervisor for a well reputed Oil & Gas company seconded through Applus Velosi Qatar.
Full time inspector/supervisor/coordinator to the team who will have the following responsibilities:
• Liaising with the contractors to coordinate field inspection.
• Capturing any issues, non-conformance and learnings during inspection visits.
• Checking whether the inspectors are carrying out the necessary verifications before accepting/rejecting equipment
• Developing best practices, checklists and any other improvement tools
• Assisting in contractor QMS, process checks/audits
• Carry out field inspection him/herself when excess work load exists
Essentially looking for a deputy team lead who would have the role of overlooking the field operations, while assisting us with certain quality related management work scope.
The ideal candidate would have 20+ yrs varied inspection experience, has been a QAQC team lead previously and knows how to manage inspectors and services.
